The Original Carbon Company aims to provide high quality, value-for-money advice to businesses seeking to minimise the impacts of climate change on their organisations and to capitalise on the opportunity that climate change prevention can deliver. We will prepare and assist in implementing carbon reduction strategies for our clients and advise on the selection of carbon credits from high quality projects that fit with our clients requirements.
We acknowledge that climate change will not be beaten through offsetting alone but strongly believe that it is an essential interim tool on the road to a low carbon economy. To address internal reductions alone leaves the majority of an organisation’s emissions untouched for too long and is, in our view, too timid an approach.
